Maybe we should check again if something must be changed in localization. Then the game won't use any localization files and show placeholders. I forgot the exact details though What I do know is that it shows placeholders when it cannot determine the set language. The solution was to keep the ingame setting to be Russian and load the actual translated files via a small tweak somewhere in the game files.
